Beschreibung
Fortis30 covers the side glass at the value end of the range without embarrassing itself on reflectance.
Key attributes:
- Visible light transmission (VLT): 25 ± 2%
- Total solar energy rejected (TSER): 50 ± 2%
- Infrared rejection (IRR): 45%
- Ultraviolet rejection (UVR): over 99%
- Internal visible light reflectance: 6%
- 2 mil magnetron sputtering, 8-year warranty
Twenty five percent visible light transmission gives usable shade and privacy, with total solar energy rejection of 50% and ultraviolet rejection above 99%. Infrared rejection is 45%, which is the honest figure for a sputtered film in this tier.
Internal reflectance of 6% keeps the cabin side of the glass visually quiet. The anti oxidation layer added to this generation slows the ageing that used to define cheap metallised film, so colour holds rather than drifting.
Check the legal VLT for front and rear side windows in your market. For customers who want ceramic behaviour or higher infrared numbers, Zenith and Ionix are the upgrade paths from here.
