Beschreibung
Matte black can lose its character when the surface turns grey or uneven. TeckWrap Velour Black holds a soft, deep black across the panel while protecting the paint underneath.
Key Attributes
-
Dry Application: Micro-grooved air-release channels help installers position the film without using a wet solution.
-
Protective TPU Base: The film forms a barrier against stone chips, road debris, and common surface wear.
-
Uniform Matte Finish: Its top coat keeps highlights controlled instead of letting isolated areas look glossy.
-
Hydrophobic Surface: Water and routine contamination are easier to manage during normal maintenance.
- Repositionable Adhesive: Low initial tack permits adjustment before final pressure and post-heating secure the film.
Velour Black does not chase the absolute darkness of a polished gloss. Its softer surface spreads reflections and reveals the body shape in broad, quiet planes. The color remains neutral, without an obvious blue or brown cast. Up close, the effect is smooth and restrained rather than coarse or chalky.
OEM Match
- Closest to BMW Frozen Black: Velour Black follows its deep matte-black direction, but presents a smoother surface with less visible metallic character.
- Lighter and softer than Mercedes-Benz MANUFAKTUR Night Black Magno: It eases the density of that reference while maintaining a distinctly black appearance.
Prefer the controlled look of a factory matte black? Carry that softer stealth character onto your Urus, AMG GT, Defender, or RS 6.
